Founded in 2005 by several concerned entrepreneurs, the Share Our Wine Foundation
is a registered 501 C (3) non-profit organization. The foundation organizes wine related events
which proceeds benefit local children's charities that provide specialized services to treat
and prevent abuse and neglect in our community.
The Share Our Wine Foundation, Inc. is managed through an elected, volunteer Board of Directors.
No direct or indirect financial benefit will be provided to any board members.

Contributors should be aware that any donated funds or gifts will be distributed solely at the Board of
Directors discretion to any organization that meets its criteria.

The criteria are:
The charity must serve the residents of Orange County, CA
The charity must be registered as a valid and active § 501(c)(3) charitable organization
The charity must focus exclusively on furnishing direct assistance to abused and neglected
children and their families
